| COMPUTER AIDED DRAFTING & DESIGN PROGRAM (CAD) The Computer Aided Drafting & Design Program provides hands-on training using state-of-the-art design and drafting software. Students learn entry-level skills for meaningful employment with companies using computer-based design and drafting. CADD The CADD program is a twelve week program that will teach participants basic drafting, how to use CADD software, 2-D & 3-D modeling. * Introduction to CADD software * Geometric Construction * Ortho & multiview drawings * 2D modeling * 3D modeling Architects, videogame designers, interior designers, civil engineers and set designers all use CADD to do their jobs while earning great pay. MTA will help you move quickly to the forefront of the CADD industry and fastrack you for a certificate, Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Requirements for Acceptance High school diploma or GED certificate Minimum 12th grade reading & math score (12.9 TABE scores) Drug Free If you have drafting or engineering experience and at least an Associate's Degree, we will take this into consideration. |
